		<description>IKEA has these pre-made with clear tops...I have some that I use and I like being able to see the spices...I just made a label for the backside so I know what I&#039;m looking at :)</description>

		<description>For the bay window, I built a little template out of brown paper, and added an outside layer of parchment paper to keep the gingerbread from sticking. Oil the brown paper first, and you won&#039;t have to worry about it scorching in the oven. I used staples to hold the template together-- this helps to avoid any weird fumes that might come from heating up adhesives.</description>
