Cooking is fun when it’s pure leisure, but when you have a family waiting for you to produce three meals a day, it can get a little stressful.

It takes time to plan healthy meals, buy groceries, and then stand in the kitchen and whip it all up. Stand in the kitchen long enough and your calves start to ache, your back starts to throb, and you’ve still got a few more things to cook.

That’s when revitalizing CBD topicals come into play. You can rub some into that troubled spot and go about your meal prep feeling light and relaxed. While you’re at it, pour yourself a glass of red wine.

If you’ve got a family, then you know the struggle that dinner presents, but it doesn’t have to be an ordeal. Give yourself a break a couple days a week with these three simple meals.

Who Doesn’t Love Taco Tuesday?

This is one of those things that you can either dial-up or dial-down. It honestly depends on how much energy you have left at the end of the day.

The great thing about tacos is that you can mix it up and have turkey tacos, shrimp tacos, keto tacos, shredded-chicken tacos, or even veggie tacos if you want to throw a meatless day into the mix.

And psssst! We won’t tell anyone if you have a couple of margaritas with yours!

You Can Never Go Wrong With Pasta

This is another meal you can whip up with your eyes closed––well––maybe not with your eyes closed, but you get the point! It’s another meal that you can get real fancy with if you wanted to, but you can also keep it basic and please the family.

It’s a meal that only requires a few ingredients. Most people create a nice meat sauce, mix in some noodles, and call it a night. Also, kids love spaghetti for some reason. Maybe they love the amount of sauce and noodles they can throw all over the place.

If you want to throw some easy sides in, get a pre-made bag of Caesar salad to serve alongside your spaghetti.

Oh, and don’t forget the garlic bread!

One-Pan-And-Done Meals

It doesn’t get any easier than tossing all of your ingredients into a pan and throwing it in the oven to cook for 30-40 minutes. Yeah, you guessed it, we’re talking about casseroles!

There are so many casserole recipes that you can take advantage of that are quick and inexpensive. Some of the most popular ones are chicken and broccoli, taco bakes, stroganoffs. Still, you can really put whatever you want in there.

Some people even like to keep Campbell’s cream of chicken or mushroom soups handy to toss in with the rest of the ingredients to give it a richer taste.

Parting Thoughts

Dinner is something that we can’t escape. Even if you’re a party of one, you still have to figure out what to eat.

This proves to be annoying, stressful, and harder to do every day.

When you’re having one of those days, and you don’t feel like cooking, even though you have to––pick up one of these simple recipes.

You’ll be glad you did!
